Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@tikolish.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@tikolish.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products (e.g. beauty or hygiene items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item at your own expense and place a new order once your return is accepted.
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
