Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer several shipping options through trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Delivery times and rates vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Important:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not offer free shipping or return labels.


Order Tracking

International Shipping

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
